1. Content and purpose of this document
This document contains information concerning the protection of personal data provided by visitors to the website www.systemkiss.cz.
The purpose of this document is to inform you (the data subject) of your rights and to provide intelligible information on how your personal data will be handled.
In processing personal data, the controller proceeds strictly in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which became applicable on 25 May 2018 and is generally known by the abbreviation GDPR.

3. Use of personal data and security
Personal data include all information that can be used to identify a person, including first name and surname, age, gender, home or work address, e-mail address or other contact information. We collect and process various such information both in connection with your use of our website and in connection with your enquiries. We respect all requests for the protection of personal data submitted online and are aware of the need for appropriate protection and secure processing of all personal data that we receive.
Personal data are used exclusively for the purpose for which they are provided, including ensuring that we are able to provide you with our services. The information is also used for statistical purposes. By using this website, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We have adopted technical and organisational measures to ensure that your information is not accidentally or unlawfully erased, disclosed, lost or damaged, does not come to the knowledge of an unauthorised person, is not misused and is not otherwise handled in breach of the law.

4. Our collection and processing of personal data
You can usually access the website without telling us who you are or providing personal information about yourself. However, we need certain personal data in order to be able to provide you with services and/or to provide you with information and other services.
We collect and process the following information about you:
- personal data provided in connection with enquiries;
- personal data provided in connection with the provision of feedback.
We collect only the information needed to provide the service you request (for example name, e-mail address or telephone number). We do not collect from third parties any information about visitors that can be used to identify a person.
Some personal data are managed by a third party (a processor) which processes personal data on our behalf in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the applicable data protection legislation.
Information is stored for the period permitted by law and we erase it when it is no longer needed. The storage period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storing it. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame within which information is removed.
5. Disclosure of information
Personal data provided through this website are disclosed exclusively to:
- the internal department of our company;
- selected and trusted third parties which use your personal data for the purpose of providing the goods or services you have requested;
In order to be able to further develop and improve our website, we keep statistics on how visitors use our website. The statistics are used only in aggregate form, for example to find out which pages and browsers are used most.
We use Google Analytics to collect visitor statistics and in this connection we provide IP addresses to Google Analytics. Cookie Policy
At SAFETE we use cookies in order to provide the users of our website with the best possible service. A cookie is a data file that a website stores on your IT equipment. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. The aim is to recognise your IT equipment and thus to track how you use our website. Today practically all websites use cookies, because they are often necessary in order to provide a good service.
We use the following types of cookies on our website:
1. Session cookies
Session cookies, which expire when the internet browser is closed. This type of cookie is designed to recognise your IT equipment, remember your choice of language, record the time you spend on the website, manage graphics and identify your queries while you browse www.systemkiss.cz
2. Persistent cookies
Persistent cookies, which are stored for a period of up to two years, are used for this purpose. They record how many times you have visited the website, the length of your stay, your choice of language, the way in which you access the website and whether you are a returning user of the website.
3. Google Analytics cookies
Google Analytics cookies are used to collect visitor statistics. These cookies collect information about your use of our website, including your IP address.
4. Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies are used to track your search and reading habits in order to display targeted marketing content, for example in advertising banners. 5. Your rights
The personal data that we process belong to the data controller. The data subject therefore in fact also has certain rights. Below is a list of the rights which you, the data subject, always have:
5.1. Right of access to personal data
This is the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, where that is the case, access to those data and to information about their processing.
5.2. Right to rectification of personal data
This is the right to have us rectify, without undue delay, inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
5.3. Right to erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
In the cases laid down by law or by the GDPR, you have the right to require us to erase your personal data without undue delay (in the GDPR the grounds are set out in Article 17, together with the exceptions in which erasure is not carried out).
5.4. Right to restriction of processing
In the cases laid down in Article 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to require us to restrict the processing of your personal data.
5.5. Right to data portability
Under the conditions laid down in Article 20 of the GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data and to transmit them to another controller. Where technically feasible, you have the right to require that the data be transmitted directly to another controller.
5.6. Right to object
In cases where we process personal data for the purposes of legitimate interests, you have the right to object to such processing, and we shall then no longer process the data unless our legitimate interest overrides your interests or rights and freedoms. Where the legitimate interest is direct marketing, the objection always results in the cessation of further processing for direct marketing purposes.
5.7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
If you consider that your rights in the area of personal data protection are being infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů). More detailed information about the Office and about personal data protection can be found on the Office's website, www.uoou.cz.
Important information for exercising your rights
Should you have any further questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you may contact the controller by e-mail at info@safete.cz. By sending a message to this e-mail address, or by sending a written request to the address of the registered office stated in the introductory part of this document, you may also directly exercise your rights referred to in Article 5. We would merely point out that, for the purposes of verifying that the request is genuinely being made by you in person, you may subsequently be contacted and your identity and the request may be verified in an appropriate manner.
