How implementation works

We are not merely a supplier of a technical solution: we develop KISS ourselves and remain the client's partner for as long as the system is in use.

Questions our customers often ask

The first step is to decide what types of situation you want to use the system for. That determines how it will be triggered (for example by an SOS button, from a phone and so on) and which communication channels will be used (voice, SMS, app and so on). The next step is to select the recipients; the structure of the contact directories is modelled on that choice, so that the system is easy for you to work with. It is also important to agree who will activate mass communication.

That is closely related to the previous question. If the “what, how and who” are clear, the system can be brought into service fairly quickly. With simpler installations the system can start helping within about two weeks; with more complex ones – for example those connected to surrounding systems – it often takes months.

Yes, KISS can be connected to other systems. We provide a documented API through which the systems communicate with each other. This keeps the recipient database up to date at all times.

Yes, the system has a sophisticated permissions model, so each user sees only what they are meant to see. KISS can then be used by different departments across the organisation – management, the security department, operations, ICT, human resources and others.
