PRIVACY POLICY for the KISS Mobile and KISS Messenger mobile applications

This document governs the use of the KISS Mobile and KISS Messenger applications (hereinafter the “Application”), which are created by Trim Technology, s.r.o. The applications are intended for the management and call-out of persons, including ascertaining their current location.

The Application collects the following information about the user:

Information provided by the user

The Application contains exclusively personal information whose processing falls within the competence of the organisation to which the user belongs. The organisation is also the sole processor of this personal information, which as a rule comprises only contact information for the purpose of distributing information through the KISS system.

Automatic information (KISS Mobile only)

The Application may automatically ascertain the approximate current location of a logged-in user who is in “standby” status, in a mode determined by the current operational status.

If you do not wish the Application to collect location data, you may disable the use of location services for the Application in the operating system of your mobile phone. Its functionality will, however, be considerably limited by this step.

Third-party access to the information provided

Third parties have access to the information provided only to the extent described in this document. The third parties include the home organisation. No other parties have access to the data.

We may grant access to the information provided to another third party if this is required by law or legal process (for example the investigation of criminal activity, etc.)

Right to be forgotten

If you wish to have all your data anonymised, please contact your home organisation directly.

Data retention

The system will collect information for the duration of your participation in the programme, in accordance with the settings of your home organisation.

Should you wish to have all your data erased from the system, please contact your home organisation.

Children

The Application is not intended for children (under 18 years of age).

Security

The system is built in compliance with commonly used security standards with a view to keeping information in a secure environment. The system makes use of encryption, physical security of the system infrastructure, access rights management and supplementary access protection. Please note that, despite every effort being made to ensure the security of the data managed, no security system can prevent all potential intrusions and attacks.

Consent

By using the Application, you voluntarily consent to the provision of the above-mentioned data to the system and to their processing as described in this document. “Processing” means, among other things, the use of cookies on a computer or mobile phone and the collection, storage, erasure and use of the said data for the needs of the system. If you live outside the territory of the Czech Republic, your information will be transferred, processed and stored on the basis of the standards applicable in the Czech Republic.
